The Salzburg Festival is casting athletic dancers and sporty men for an opera it won't name until December.
DEADLINENOVEMBER 8
The Salzburg Festival in Austria is casting 48 men for an opera production at its 2027 Summer Festival. Which opera? They won't say until their programme presentation in December.
What they do say: the staging is built on intense, dynamic movement, so fitness, agility and stamina count for every role, extras included. The registration form even has a box for trained acrobats. The call is in German and English.
