300 hours of one-to-one mentoring from the people who build Éloize's shows, open to artists 15 to 29 and companies under 10 years old
Cirque Éloize is opening 300 hours of personalised coaching to emerging artists and young companies, shaped around what each participant needs and how far along their project already is.
The coaches are not visiting consultants. They are the people working daily on Éloize productions, across creation direction and artistic direction, acrobatic coaching, technical direction, rigging and production management.
The programme is 300 hours of personalised coaching. Éloize states that it follows each participant's own needs and the stage their project has reached, rather than running to a fixed curriculum.
The expertise on offer covers the production side of circus as much as the artistic side: creation direction and artistic direction, acrobatic coaching, technical direction, rigging, production management. For anyone who has tried to move a show from an idea to a stage, that second half of the list is usually the part with nobody to ask.
Éloize puts the intention plainly. The goal is to make this expertise available to the people who are still building their practice and their career.
The money behind it is the same money that paid for the two Gare Dalhousie residencies. La relève se révèle, launched in March 2026, raised toward a $50,000 target matched by the Fonds 1001 pour la jeunesse, and said the funds would go to 1,000 hours of training supervised by Éloize teams and free access to a professional, supervised rehearsal space. The coaching costs the participant nothing.
There is no closing date. Booking runs through the same platform Éloize uses for its open training, so a session is reserved rather than applied for.
