NoFit State is hiring a marketing and communications officer for Four Elms, its home base in Cardiff. The job runs the campaigns for the company's big top shows, its community programme, festivals and projects.
NoFit State asks for a recent graduate or someone with equivalent experience, and says it particularly encourages applications from people under 30 and from global majority backgrounds (the UK term for people of colour), both under-represented in its team. Concretely, you don't need to tick every box: NoFit State still wants to hear from you, and offers training and support in the role.
REQUIREMENTS
- ·Recent graduate or equivalent experience
- ·Strong visual sense, Canva, strong written and spoken English
- ·Copywriting for different formats, social media, website maintenance, spreadsheets
- ·A bonus: Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, Welsh, Spektrix, DotDigital, Google Analytics, Meta Ads
- ·Eligible to work in the UK
